Principles of use
The rail slider system is one of the core components of precision parts equipment. In order to ensure the machine has high machining accuracy, it is required to have high guiding precision and good motion stability. If used improperly, it will not achieve the expected performance, and it is easy to damage the rail slider system and related equipment. During the operation of the equipment, due to the large amount of corrosive dust and smoke generated during processing, the smoke and dust are deposited on the surface of the guide rail and the linear shaft for a long time, which has a great influence on the processing precision of the equipment. An etch point is formed on the surface of the linear axis of the guide rail to shorten the service life of the device. In order to make the machine work stably and ensure the processing quality of the product, we must conscientiously do the daily maintenance of the guide rail slider system and the linear shaft.Therefore, the following should be noted when using the rail slider system:
When taking the linear guide directly, wash off the sweat from your hands and apply high quality mineral oil before handling. Pay special attention to rust prevention during the rainy season and summer.
Keep the installation environment clean
Keeping the linear guide and its surroundings even if the tiny dust that is invisible to the naked eye enters the guide rail, it will increase the wear, vibration and noise of the guide rail.
Should be carefully installed
The linear guides should be used carefully and carefully during the installation process. Strong stamping is not allowed. It is not allowed to hit the rail directly with a hammer. It is not allowed to transfer pressure through rolling elements.
